Vintage but Unusual: This is an Early version of the 1937's Stainless Steel Kitchen Utensil. My version is from the early 30's & is made of Aluminum. It has a twisted handle that is 4-3/4 inches long with a 1" Curling Scoop on 1 end a twisted shaft (2-1/4 long), along with a 1' rectangular end 1" long & 1/2" wide. The rectangular handle is pressed with:
"NUTBROWN " PAT: DE9: 819489/90, PAT. NO.490075, MADE IN ENGLAND. The Patina is Blotched but that is from age & washing. This is a perfect accent piece in a "Retro Kitchen"
